How to return an item ?

To return your packages, please send them to

The invoice for your purchases is electronic; you can edit it at any time on your customer account in the invoice section. There is no return slip.

You are responsible for the return costs. (We only refund the price of returned items).

Include in your package the nature of the desired exchange: credit note, refund (if you return it within 14 days only), exchange and imperatively your order reference as well as your full contact details.

You must return your items with Colissimo tracking, in case of loss of the package this number will be requested, and you will still be able to benefit from the refund.

Items worn, unlabeled, damaged, or not in their original condition will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. The packages will be sent directly to you.
